- ✅ Draw results will be announced at 12:00 PM on September 28 and can be checked on the notary office's official WeChat account, WF's official account, and the Bilibili Member Purchase page
- ✅ 2,000 VIP slots are available daily, numbered 1–2000, with the entire process supervised and notarized by the notary office
