From a Character Sketch to a Production-Ready Plush

Hengyi Culture has been making custom merchandise since 2009. Our Shanghai team handles design, sampling and project management, while our own plush factory in Dongguan handles mass production. Send us a character sheet, a reference sample or even a rough idea, and our designers and pattern makers will check what is actually manufacturable before quoting.

1,000 pcs for standard plush. Small charms, trial runs and series development can be discussed case by case.

How long does sampling take?

7–10 working days for standard items. Complex structures, special fabrics or multiple revisions will be confirmed separately.

Can you work from our artwork?

Yes. Please send front/side/back views, size ratios, color references and fabric preferences. A physical reference sample is even better.

Do you handle export orders?

Yes. We hold import/export rights and can support customs declaration, inspection and sea/air freight.

Can plush, acrylic, pins and packaging be produced together?

Yes. We produce plush, acrylic, metal pins, PVC and gift boxes, which makes bundled merchandise programs easier.
